Destiny Code Redemption FAQ
Q. There are a ton of codes! What kind do I have?
There are several different codes that can be best identified by their size. Here is a quick breakdown:

Bungie Codes:
XXX-XXX-XXX
or
XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXXX

PlayStation Codes:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Xbox Codes:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Redbull Codes:
XXXXXXXX

It is super important that you enter your code in the right place, otherwise it will not work.

Q. OK, I know what kind of code I have. Where does it go?
Bungie codes need to be redeemed on our Destiny Code Redemption form. You will need to be signed in to your Bungie.net account to redeem codes.

Both PlayStation and Xbox codes will need to be redeemed on their respective stores or websites. We recommend entering those codes directly through the console. If you have questions about the code redemption process for the PlayStation or Xbox systems, please click the below links:

Q. Great! I entered my code, now what?
After successfully entering your code, the rest of the redemption process is automatic. Your account will receive the correct products and content. If you're unsure on where to locate your new items, please view this FAQ for locations and helpful hints.

Note that some items will not be available immediately. Exploring the world of Destiny may first be required for some items.

Q. How do I upgrade my digital current-gen version to next-gen? Is that a code?
Not quite! To learn more about this special offer, check out our  Next-Gen Upgrade FAQ.

Q. I've already redeemed my code and I still don't have my stuff. What do I do?
If you have already redeemed your code but aren't seeing your in-game content, don't worry! Please sign into your profile, go to your Profile page, select Codes, then select Use Now next to each item.

If you are in-game and don't see your stuff, you may need to log out of Destiny and log back in for the changes to take effect.

Q. My Collector's Edition, Vanguard, or Expansion Pass code needs to be replaced. What do I do?
If your code is damaged, or needs replacement, please submit a request through the Destiny Code Support Form.
