My clan tag isn't showing up in-game or in the Companion App.
Clan tags may not show up due to
privacy settings. This is a common conflict of privacy settings if the player
has configured their privacy settings to hide their tag(s) and the clan’s membership is
set to require approval.
There are a couple of ways to fix this issue:

1. Set your PlayStation Network / Xbox Live tags to
publicly visible.
- Go to the Bungie.net Legend page, and go to Settings
- Go to Linked Accounts and make sure "display on public profile" is check-marked on the desired account
2. Leave the clan (you can stay in the group).
3. Request membership into the clan again.
4. Keep your tag(s) public until you are let into the clan.
5. Once approved, feel free to put your settings back to private.

If you're uneasy about making your tag public, the alternative fix is to communicate with the clan admins to make clan membership "open" long enough for you to join without needing admin approval.
