When do weekly events reset and what exactly is affected by the reset?

The following activities and rewards are reset every Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM PST/PDT, 9:00 AM UTC:

Weekly Heroic Strikes
Weekly Nightfall Strike
Prison of Elders (Including Variks's Judgment Grants)
Court of Oryx (Tier 3)
All Raids and difficulties

The following activities reset every Wednesday morning at 2:00 AM PST/PDT, 9:00 AM UTC:

Armsday Orders and Test Weapons
