Players cannot see ships in orbit

We are aware that some players cannot see other players’ ships in orbit. We are investigating this issue and will try to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, below are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue.

While Destiny is open, press the Xbox button on your controller
With Destiny selected, press the Menu button
Press Quit
Re-launch Destiny

Completely turn off your console

Go to Settings
Go to Power & startup
Press Turn Xbox off
Once the console is off, unplug the power from the back of the console and let sit for ~5 minutes
Power the console back on and re-launch Destiny
