I played Destiny on last-gen and switched to current-gen within the console family, and now I don't have access to my pre-order content.

The pre-order red sparrow, shaders, and Collector’s Edition exclusive codes are platform specific and cannot be transferred. The Expansion Pass content should transfer automatically and should be available for download on a next-gen console of the same console family; please see the FAQ on downloading the Expansion Pass.
