My Destiny character is gone from the character select screen, can I get it back?
Whether due to accidental
deletion or unauthorized account access, we recognize how upsetting it is to
lose the character and gear you’ve put time into.
We take reports of character deletion seriously and investigate cases of missing characters. In each instance we have investigated, missing characters have been the result of a manual deletion.
Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items.
