My clanmates and I ran through the Vault of Glass Raid and did not receive the "Raiding Party" trophy/achievement.

The "Raiding Party" trophy/achievement has a few requirements that may be unclear. In addition to playing Vault of Glass from start to finish in one go, make sure that:

Your account is linked to your bungie.net account
You and your clanmates have your clan tags on and visible
Your Raid party does not swap players or characters throughout the Raid
