EV-30 TUMBLER Sparrow FAQ
This special offer expired on January 15th, 2015 at 1AM PST. If you did not install the DLC and login to Destiny from December 9, 2014 to January 15, 2015, your account is not eligible for this item. If the Sparrow is not in your Inventory or at the Postmaster, it is not available for your account. However, if you previously had access to this Sparrow on your account and can no longer access it, please check this FAQ.

I didn't receive the special EV-30 stunt Sparrow! Where do I get one?
The EV-30 TUMBLER is a brand new Sparrow currently available to players who have purchased one of the following Destiny products:
  • Destiny Ghost Edition
  • Destiny Limited Edition
  • Destiny Digital Guardian Edition
  • Destiny Expansion Pass (Contains The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions)
  • Destiny Expansion The Dark Below (This offer, and Sparrow, will officially become available starting December 9th, 2014)

If you have any of the above Destiny products, starting on November 18th, 2014, you will receive a special package from the postmaster. This package will be sent to the first character you logged in with on that day. . 

I’m having trouble finding my Tumbler Sparrow in-game.
The Sparrow is available at the Postmaster on the first character you log into after purchasing the Expansion Pass. Once you redeem the Sparrow, it will be available for all of your characters.

I purchased the Expansion Pass while playing and can’t find my Sparrow.
You may need to log out of Destiny and then log back in. 

The Sparrow is not at the Postmaster on any of my characters and I've been patient. Is there any other step I can take?
If you are unable to find the Sparrow from the Postmaster, you may need to restore your licenses. Please follow the link below for instructions on how to restore your licenses.

I own the Digital Guardian Edition on the Xbox One and the Sparrow isn't showing up.
You may encounter an issue where you aren't properly being awarded the Sparrow. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

  • Press the Xbox button to go to the "Home" screen
  • On the running Destiny title, press the Menu button and select "Quit"
  • Navigate right to the "Store" screen
  • Select the "Games" option on the "Store" screen
  • Navigate down to "Search"
  • Enter "Destiny" in the search box and hit enter
  • Navigate right to "The Dark Below" title and select it
  • Select "Install" and wait until your installation is complete
  • Back out to the "Home" screen and relaunch Destiny
  • Return to the Tower and collect the Sparrow from the Postmaster
I own the Digital Guardian Edition on a Sony console and the Sparrow isn't showing up.

  • Press the PS button on your controller to minimize the game
    • On the PS3 XMB select "Quit Game"
    • On the PS4 Home Screen press the Options button and select "Close Application"
  • Go to the PlayStation Store on your console
  • Scroll down to "Destiny" and navigate right
  • Scroll down to "Expansion Pass" and navigate right to "Buy Now" button
  • Select "Buy Now"
  • Select "Download"
  • Back out to the main PlayStation XMB or Home Screen and start Destiny
  • Return to the Tower and collect the Sparrow from the Postmaster

I have tried all of these steps and still cannot find my Sparrow.
Please ensure you have fully downloaded the Destiny Expansion Pass. Players have discovered that they have redeemed but not downloaded their Expansion Pass.
