Nepal Aid T-Shirt & Shader/Emblem FAQ
Q.  When should I expect to receive my code?
A.  Codes were distributed via email to everyone who purchased one or more Nepal Aid T-Shirts on 8/19/15.

Q.  I didn’t receive my code(s).  What do I do?
A.  Codes were distributed to the email address you provided when purchasing your Nepal Aid T-Shirt, with the subject line, “Nepal Shader and Emblem Code”.  Please confirm that you have checked the proper email address.  If you have done so and still do not see the email, please email a forwarded copy or screenshot of the email confirming your initial Nepal Aid T-Shirt purchase that includes billing information, a list of any previously used email addresses, and the PSN/Xbox account associated with your Bungie.net profile to: [email protected]

Q.  How do I go about redeeming the shader and emblem code, or a code sent to me by a friend/family member ?
A.  Click the "Claim Your Code" button provided in the email to automatically re-direct to the Bungie.net code redemption portal. Please ensure that Bungie.net is set to English before clicking this button within your email. As well, verify that you have logged into the correct Bungie.net account before redeeming your code. The Shader & Emblem can be found at their respective Collections near Eva Levante.

OR

1.    Click the "Claim Code" button found on the email.
2.    Your code can be found on the URL of Bungie.net page that is automatically opened. It will look like this:
https://www.bungie.net/en/User/CodeRedemption?token=XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXXX
4.    Either sign in using your current PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account – or – create a new account by clicking “Join Up”
5.    Click “Redeem”

Q. I clicked on the "Claim Code" button in my email and was linked to the Bungie Code Redemption page, but it's asking me to enter my code and I don't have one. Where is my code?
A. We're aware of an issue with our Code Redemption page that requires the site to be set to English for the code to properly populate from the "Claim Code" button. If you usually view Bungie.net in a language other than English, please set your page to English, then click the "Claim Code" button again.

Q.  I redeemed my code, but it’s not showing up at the Special Orders Kiosk
A.  Please ensure that you have redeemed the code to the correct Bungie.net account. If you’re currently signed into Destiny, please sign out and complete sign in again. If the items do not appear at the Collections, please contact: [email protected]
*It is required that you attach an image of your Bungie.net code redemption page & email containing the Nepal Shader/Emblem code in question.*

Q.  I bought more than one t-shirt.  Does that mean I get more than one code?
A.  Yes. Your first code assigned to the "Claim Your Code" button provided in the email. Clicking the button will automatically re-direct to the Bungie.net code redemption portal.

Additional codes will be listed below the button. These codes are for sharing with your friends and family.

Q.  If I buy a t-shirt, but sent it to a friend or family member, will I still get the digital shader and emblem?
A.  You sure will!  The code for these items were sent to the email address you used when purchasing the shirt.  Mailing address or recipient name does not matter.

Q.  I have a general Bungie Store payment/shipping question.  Who should I talk to?
A.  Head over to the Customer Service page on the Bungie Store.  We have a whole team ready to answer your questions!
