Please ensure that your device is compatible with the Destiny Companion Application. You may not be able to view the 3D model of your character if your device is not compatible.
This can also be caused by an issue with your content database. To resolve this issue, attempt the following:

2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Application"
4. Tap "Delete Content Database"

• Android
1. Tap the top left box on the front page of the application
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Data Settings"
4. Tap "Update Database"

I'm having issues seeing my Friends on the Companion App
PlayStation: Not signing in through PSN means that you can't see your PSN friends. To circumvent this issue, sign out of the app, then sign back in through PSN.

If you're still unable to view your PSN friends list after signing in again, force stop the app, clear cached data, then retry.
