Bungie is aware of an issue where some Emblems and Shaders redeemed from codes through Bungie.net are not showing up in game. For players who have just redeemed the codes, this means they are not being delivered to the Postmaster. For players who redeemed the codes prior to Patch 2.0, the Shaders and Emblems may still be in your inventory or Postmaster, but not showing up in your Collections. The items that are known to be affected by this issue are as follows:

Bungie is investigating a fix for this issue. Please note, that until a fix is implemented, these items that are not showing up in the Collections cannot be recovered if discarded or deleted from the player's Inventory.
