Q: What is the Eververse Trading Co.?
A: Eververse Trading Co. is a new in-game storefront for account-wide cosmetic items. The Eververse Trading Co. storefront can be accessed by visiting Tess Everis in the Tower.

Q: What items are available from the Eververse Trading Co.?

Q: How do I acquire items from the Eververse Trading Co.?
A: Items from the Eververse Trading Co. can only be purchased with Silver. Silver is an in-game currency that can be added to an account by purchase via the PSN/Xbox Store.

Q: How do I access items I've purchased from Eververse Trading Co.?
A: Purchased items will be made immediately available on your account. Purchased items can also be reclaimed from Tess's vendor screen at any time. Additionally, any Emotes purchased can be reclaimed from the Emote Collection in the Tower.

Q: Can I put these items in the Vault?
A; Yes. Eververse Trading Co. items can be stored in the Vault. Please note, once purchased, these items will be made available across the entire account.

Q: What if an item I purchased from the Eververse Trading Co. gets deleted?
A: Purchased items can also be reclaimed from Tess' vendor screen at any time. Additionally, any Emotes purchased can be reclaimed from the Emote Collection in the Tower.
